Refunds
Refunds will only be provided upon presenting a valid, signed doctor’s certificate that clearly states the individual is unfit to jump.
A full refund will be given if your jump is cancelled due to circumstances beyond your or our control (e.g., bad weather or aircraft unserviceability).
