Payments, Deposits, and Refunds
All bookings made using a Credit or Debit Card require you to present the same card upon check-in. Bookings remain valid for one year from the original booking date.
Please be aware that all deposits and payments are transferable but non-refundable. You may reschedule your booking to an alternative date at no additional cost.
Should you no longer wish to jump, you may transfer your booking to a friend or family member. However, deposits cannot be applied to another person’s jump, as your slot may have caused us to turn others away.
Refunds are only provided upon presentation of a valid, signed doctor’s certificate confirming that the individual is medically unfit to jump. In the event your jump is cancelled due to factors beyond our or your control (e.g., inclement weather or aircraft unavailability), a full refund will be issued.
If a customer is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and a refund is approved, a 30% deduction will apply.
For AFF and A License students, refunds will be issued less a 30% fee to cover insurance and administrative costs incurred by Thai Sky Adventures. Refunds for these courses are only provided upon receipt of a valid medical certificate or if instructors determine you are unable to progress further in the course.
Weight Limits
- Maximum weight for tandem skydiving: 115 kg.
- A weight supplement of 500 THB applies for those weighing between 95 kg and 100 kg.
- A weight supplement of 1,000 THB applies for those weighing between 100 kg and 110 kg.
- For those weighing over 110 kg, a supplement of 1,000 THB plus 200 THB per kilogram is charged, up to a maximum of 115 kg (e.g., 115 kg = 2,000 THB supplement).
The maximum weight for AFF students is 100 kg.
Group Discounts
To qualify for a group discount, bookings must be made together at least 24 hours in advance, with deposits paid for each group member. Additional group members can be added by phone or email up to 24 hours before the jump date. Group discounts do not apply if members join on the day of the jump (e.g., on the bus to the drop zone).
A 2.5% fee applies to all credit card transactions made at the drop zone.
Pick-up and drop-off services are included in the price of tandem skydiving but are limited to Pattaya City (Naklua and Jomtien areas only).
